DECHEM operates its manufacturing base in the Shandong Provincial Chemical Park in Tancheng County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. The manufacturing site covers more than 230 acres with a total investment of approximately RMB 320 million, developed for the industrial production of hydroxy functional acrylic monomers and related specialty chemical products.

Production Facilities

The manufacturing base is equipped with modern production workshops, production equipment, process pipelines, storage facilities and supporting production systems. Three production lines support the manufacture of DECHEM's core hydroxy acrylic monomers — 2-HEA, HEMA, 2-HPA and HPMA.

DCS Automatic Production Control

The production process adopts a DCS (Distributed Control System) for centralized process monitoring and automatic control. The system supports monitoring and control of key production parameters throughout the manufacturing process, improving process consistency, operational efficiency and production stability.

Production Capacity

With approximately 60,000 MT of annual production capacity, DECHEM is positioned to support long-term supply requirements from chemical distributors, coating and adhesive manufacturers, resin producers and other industrial customers in international markets.

Quality Control

DECHEM applies strict quality control procedures during production to ensure consistent product purity, stable inhibitor levels, reliable polymerization performance and batch-to-batch quality consistency. An analytical testing laboratory supports raw material, in-process and finished-goods inspection.
